Hourly Activity only partially synced between Charge 5 and my App

The app says I only reached my hourly step goals 3 of 12 (the first hour and the last two hours) but my device read as 11 of 12... I don't understand. Can I force a full sync at this point or am I S.O.L.?

I forgot to add my phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. In case that's important.

My hourly activity on my Fitbit is accurate (12 of 12 hours today), but three days ago, the information stopped syncing with the app on my iPhone SE altogether. All other information syncs, but the hourly activity does not. Help!!!!!

Hi, Yep same for me, it was fine but in the last week my Charge 5 shows Hourly Activity has been reached but the App doesn't show that.

Change 5 shows 10-10 app show 8-10!

I have an Android Phone and every thing else is fine
