Hourly Step counter not syncing with app

My hourly step counter is not syncing with the Fitbit Charge 5. The counter is working on the Fitbit Charge 5 but the hourly step counter is not syncing on app. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I have tried resetting the Fitbit Charge 5.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this issue with your step count for the Charge 5 on the Fitbit app, @casthedestroyer

Could you please confirm if you're also having issues to see any other information after you sync? Like calories and heart rate.  

In the meantime, please try the following steps: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings. 
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the step count. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
