How To Completely Disable Water Lock

I have no use for the Water Lock and it keeps interrupting my runs and workouts when it senses water. How do I disable that all together? As a participant of Spartan and ToughMudder events, every time an obstacle has water the watch stops tracking my race GPS and time. Need that option Out altogether from the watch. What can I do?

I think you can just turn it off.  I just purchased my Charge today and the Water Lock feature is completely off.    Maybe just go to that and turn it off? All I did was scroll down and it shows it off. But I turned it on and it advised me to double tap and it turned off.  Hope this helps.

Hello @UNALTERED 

 

It sounds like it might be faulty.  It should only turn on when you actively tap to turn it on or when you set Swim as an activity.  If you're not doing either of those things, there's probably a problem and you should contact Support.

I have also heard that using the Chat version is the most effective.
