Is there a list of all the activities? Also can any of them be added into the 6 shortcuts on the watch?

@SunsetRunner   This excellent video  by @Heather-S shows you how to update and organize your Exercise Shortcuts. She is using a Charge 3, but the instructions are the same for any Fitbit where you change shortcuts in the app.  Once you remove one of the preloaded exercises, you can see the full list when you add one to replace it.  There are over 20 activities on the list.  Fitbit used to have the list in one of its Help articles.
