Hi just got a charge 5. Went to the app to change the clock face/ home screen don't have the tile. Only one I have is the gallery, wallet, how to, and accessories. Went on to fitbit.com and can't find anything there. Already uninstalled the app, reloaded it and nothing, cleared cache from app, still nothing. What else can I do? Does anyone have a step by step on this issue. Also running a (phone) note 20 ultra with the latest updates. Please someone help.

@LeePittman Tap on the Gallery tile. On the next screen you should see tabs on top - one of them is the clock tab. Tap that and you should see the clock faces for the unit.

I have searched and searched and I simply cannot fine a Gallery to click on. I have "clock display" on my Charge 2 but there is not one on my Charge 5.

@ChuckHa On your phone app, tap on your profile photo (upper left) which should bring you to the settings page. Tap on the device tile to get to the device options which should have the Gallery tile.
