How do I change the languages on Charge 5?

Having trouble getting my Charge 5 to switch from Korean to English. I’ve changed the location setting (turn off automatic recognition) to the US and my profile language is English. I synced the device multiple times but it’s still in Korean. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community, @snubenjamin.

Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. I understand how you're feeling and while this is odd, may I know if your phone is set to English? I'm asking this as your tracker may be taking your phone's settings into consideration, even if the Fitbit app settings say otherwise.

Assuming that's not the case, let's try reconnecting your tracker to your account with the following steps:

  1. Forget your Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  4. Select your Charge 5, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Once this is done, check your tracker to see if it's in English.
