How do I edit the exercise shortcuts on my Charge 5?

I haven't been able to change my exercise on my mobile app or my Fitbit Charge 5

Hello @Change_exercise and welcome to the Community.  This video is excellent and shows you how to change and customized your Exercise Shortcut list.  @Heather-S is using a Charge 3, but the steps are the same.  If you followed all the steps shown and you still can't customize your list, can you give more details?  Where and how are things going wrong?
