I want to enter my core temperature, but can’t find the app to do this

The tile is labelled "Log your symptoms daily".

Or if you don't see that, tap the 'Edit" button near top right and scroll down to 'Additional Stats" and add "Temperature" tile.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
