How do I get Sleep Tile back on Charge 5?

I synced my phone to my Charge 5 and I’ve now lost tiles from before. When going to edit, the sleep tile is no longer an additional. How can I get it back?

Thanks for the information provided about the missing tiles. 

I just check my Fitbit app, but I was able to remove and re add the sleep tile without any issues. Could you please try the steps listed here below and try to add the tile again?  

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see your tile
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.

To add or hide stat tiles:

1. On the Today tab , tap Edit.
2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add  tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
3. Tap Done.
