How do you install the ecg app for the charge5?

Hello @Ronniebofa ,

 

I think if you try the pinned thread, link here: Update with ECG  and follow the steps and links there, you should be able to do it, (if you're living in a country that is able to get the App).  If you scroll down to the bottom of this page: ECG Countries  you can check if it's available in your country.

@Ronniebofa I understand how much you'd like to use the ECG app on your Charge 5. Before anything else, please make sure to install the latst firmware update and check if you're in a supported country. In addition to the suggestions shared by our friend, I'd also recommend reviewing this help article which explains how to use this app and see your ECG results on the Fitbit app.
