Bezel Issue? Charge 5

Alright. I’m going to explain the the best I can. I’d assume you call it the bezel around the watch itself. Specifically, the little metal band that run along the sides, they’re silver. Anyway, I’m wearing the watch on my left arm. The metal part closest to me seems like it pokes out or doesn’t sit flush with the rest of the watch. Anyone else’s like this? Is is supposed to the this way for whenever you grasp it to get heart readings?

This does not sounds right, maybe it is broken or defective.

Just to add my experience too. It sounds like yours is faulty as there are no rough edges or sticking out bits on my Charge 5 at all.

It might be worth trying to return it…
