How do I locate my misplace Charge 5?

I have lost my fitbit at home looks like it could be one of two rooms but when trying to sync it only shows up to 78%. I looked everywhere. Can anyone help please?

Hi, @Kath6 , there are a couple of apps that Fitbit recommends that can help you find your Fitbit once you know it is nearby.  If you are an iPhone user you could try Light Blue Explorer or for Android there’s Blue Tooth Finder . 

If you have Reminders to Move turned on you could also try going into one of the rooms where you think it is at 10 minutes to the hour and see if you can here it vibrate.

Just jumped in to add some info that might be helpful . 

Go to the rooms that you think that the Charge 5 might be. In the App go to the devices icon (upper left corner) 
Tap on the Charge 5> Sync now. 
If you have a successful synchronization, it means that the tracker should be in a radius of 10 feet .

If you have Charge 5 set up to get notifications from your phone, you could try sending a text/message to yourself and listen for the notification in the rooms where you think your device is. Or have someone call you and listen for the notification sound on your device.
