How do I delete the wallet option and icon on my Charge 5, hat keeps popping up on my Fitbit monitor? It's really annoying and I'm not wanting to upload any information to the wallet. Any information would be helpful. Thank

To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me the exact message you're getting on your Charge 5? Is it stuck on "Set up Wallet"? If so, please note this screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your Fitbit device by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:
- Remove the Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Restart your Charge 5.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Select the Charge 5 and follow the onscreen instructions.
