Hi,
How can I replace my old fitbit by fitbit charge 5. should I cancel my existing account ?

Hi @SunsetRunner first sync your Charge 2 one last time and get it out of range while you set up the new Charge 5 as a new device on an existing account. You can always remove the Charge 2 from your account before adding the Charge 5, but usually it will ask if you want to replace it. If you don't want to start your stats from zero, then just keep using the same account. Your history will be there and you can keep on your journey.
