How do I reset the PIN on my Charge 5?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to reset my Charge 5 PIN. The only instructions I can find say to go to "Device Lock" in the app and "Find the option to change your PIN code." The only option available is "Set PIN Code. Your Charge 5 already has a PIN. Please enter the 4 digit PIN to verify." Latest Android app. Any help is appreciated.

It is asking you to confirm it is your phone I was able to use my phone unlock.

I do not have the "Change PIN code" button seen in the video. Here is a screenshot of what I get.
