How do I return Charge 5 for a refund? It does to sync with the app so I went back to using charge 4 which still works perfectly. Sorry, I tried to upgrade.

Hi @POSIE49 each retailer has different time frames in which to return for a refund. Where did you get it? Fitbit has a 45 day return window when purchased directly from them. You'd need to get with support and follow their directions. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
