How do I set Fitbit Pay on Charge 5?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I go into the fitbit app but I cannot find how to add a CC #. I am told I need to add a form of payment but for the life of me I cannot find how to add a form of payment.

Anyone with advice, guidance etc. much appreciated.

What should I know about using my Fitbit device to make contactless payments?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Community, @BillOC4544@JohnnyRow Thanks for your help.

@BillOC4544 I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. If you haven't done so, please check @JohnnyRow's post and follow the instructions in that help article to set up Fitbit Pay on your tracker.

its not too difficult to enter card details into the app. Although I would have thought Google intergration would have linked to the google pay wallet by some app or coding wizardry. Any I know how to do it but it doesent support my UK bank, but google pay does.

Hi there, @TenaxInFide.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. As you may know, your Charge 5 supports Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments with any supported card listed in this listIf you don’t see your UK bank on the list, I'd recommend contacting your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Payments to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. You can direct them to this link, just keep in mind it's up to your bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Payments.

In regards to your other question, please support this request about adding Google Wallet to the Charge 5. This will help our developers to take it into consideration and track its demand. Your feedback is appreciated and we'll keep working to make Fitbit more useful for you.
