I cannot figure out how to set the time on my Fitbit charge 5. And my son accidentally threw away the instructions?? HELP

Hi, @Sugarmomma84, welcome to the community, I'm not clear on your precise problem, Is the time missing or just incorrect? You may find the manual allows you to make progress. If the minutes are correct but the hours are wrong it looks like a time zone issue (have you been travelling?)
Go into the Fitbit app on your phone>touch your icon in the top left corner of the app today screen>app settings>select time zone/location and sync your app by sliding your finger down the today screen & releasing.
