I am disabled, so it’s very insulting to be told I am inadequate, for not reaching five consecutive active hours, daily. How do I turn off this annoying feature?

From the Fitbit app on your phone:
Click Settings (the gear symbol in the upper right corner of the window)
Click Activity&Wellness
Click Daily Activity
Perhaps try changing the Hourly Activity Goal time. I don't know if setting both start and stop to the same time will turn it off, but worst case you can make it just one hour (example, from 9 to 10 AM).

Hello @Etc53089
If you have the updated Fitbit app, you will need to tap on your picture/icon in the upper right on the Today page. Then, tap Fitbit settings in the pop up window. From this point, you can follow the steps so kindly provided by @Markfm
You can also turn off the Reminders to move by following these steps in the updated Fitbit app:
I would also suggest turning off Hourly activity on the Today page.
By doing these steps, you will no longer see Hourly Activity on your Today page and you will no longer get notifications to move.
