How do I turn on off certain notifications on my Fitbit app?

I only want aplicasions from some apps to apear on my fitbit. Can I turn of some of notificasions for certain apps on my fitbit or do I just have to turn them off in android and not get them on phone also.  I am sure I say this someware but cant find it.

Hello there, @funkytwig. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Yes, you can definitely turn off the notifications you don't want to receive. 

In order to turn off those notifications, go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Charge 5 > Tap Notifications and go to App Notifications and you'll see all the apps you can enable and disable. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well. 

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Charge 5.
