When I google 'adjust stride length' they all tell me to click my profile picture and go to wellness etc etc, I have even typed '2024' in my query and nothing.
When I click my profile picture I just get a google account dropdown, and the only settings there are 'fitbit settings' and that just takes me to my 'premium subscription benefits'
I can't seem to adjust the stride anywhere, just my height and weight.....

Hello @duluthmn69 and welcome to the Community. The path changed when Fitbit updated the app last September. Please tap on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right of your app and look in the Settings section for Activity & Wellness > Exercise > swipe all the way up to Stride Length to make your changes.
I want to add that Fitbit uses accepted equations to estimate stride length. Keep in mind that this is an average stride length. In reality, your stride length changes with your pace, up/down hills, etc. The automatic stride length is a good estimate unless your body mechanics aren't average. Why do you want to change your stride length? I also want to point out that when you track with GPS, Fitbit uses the GPS distance and stride length isn't considered.
