Navigating from Google Wallet back to watch face on Charge 5

I have successfully set up Google Wallet on my Charge 5. Everything seems to work, with one problem:

If I click into the Google Wallet icon on the watch itself, there seems to be no way to get back to the watch face. I am stuck there! The usual top-left tap doesn't work. It doesn't even seem to time out. I am just stuck on the wallet screen forever.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

For what it's worth, the Google Wallet icon on the watch is also misformatted. It says "Google Wall" and overflows the border. Clearly QA was very scant on this.
