how do I reset my clock on my Fitbit charge 5

Hi there, @Dorisjhopper. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We'll be glad to help you to update the time on your Charge 5.

In addition to what @jozeywhales' shared with you, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. If by any chance you're running into syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If after following jozeywhales and my recommendations your Charge 5 is still not updating the time, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
