Have to open and force close app two to five times every time to get from blank screen to get information to show. Usually have to sync at least twice to get most information updated. ECG doesn’t work. It gets to screen to put finger and thumb on sides and does nothing, then is very difficult to get out of that screen. Have tried pressing button 3 times, restarting device and uninstalling ECC then reinstalling, and nothing helps. Sleep time is wrong almost every day so have to manually adjust it. Health metrics information usually doesn’t show until a second sync. It is very discouraging to try and use the Charge 5 when there are so many problems. Before recent update, it worked quite well. I currently have premium membership but see no use in renewing
