How do you got back to older app

New app is difficult to use and loss of battery level. Graphics are not as good as old app. Suggestion when a new app is created give users a choice to not upgrade. I had to change app due to Fitbit not syncing not very customer focused.

Lost the exercise GPS walking/running map. If it is there I cannot find it. Give me the old app.

New app is useless for everything but step counting which I never do.  How can I get back to the old app?
