I wore my charge 5 to sleep for the first time last night. I am curious how does it know first of all that I’m actually asleep? I could be laying there totally still and relaxed instead of sleeping.
Also how does it know what stage of sleep I am in ? I guess what I’m asking is , are these stats just rough guesses/theories based on oxygen levels and heart rate? How much stock can I put in the stats ? Thanks
