Got a Fitbit for Christmas to help with my post cancer recovery. Worn it for a month and it has stopped working. Logged a ticket on Sunday got an email straightaway to request a replacement and since then heard nothing. I have chased 3 times and keep being told on chat I need to wait for an email from the specialist team. How long, no one seems to be able to tell. Has anyone else struggled to get a replacement ? How long did you wait ?

@Lucybob Did you use the links in the email to request your replacement? That's what I had to do to get mine. My email contained an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. I selected replacement, which took me to their website. I had to complete a form with my address and other information. After I completed & submitted the form, I received an email confirming my replacement order as well as shipment info. It took 10 days for my replacement to arrive; I live in a rural part of Northern California.

@RiekoC I got the email to request the replacement and I followed the link to complete the form, got an email to say thanks for requesting a replacement we will be in touch shortly and then nothing, so I don’t even know if it has been requested

@Lucybob Well that's frustrating.
Looking back at my emails, I got the order confirmation on the same day as the email confirming my request for a replacement. This all took place mid-week. I know Monday, Feb 20, was a holiday (President's Day) and most likely the company was closed. If you don't get an email confirming your replacement order by tomorrow morning (Wed, Feb 22), I'd be tempted to use the link from the offer email to submit another request for replacement.
Hope you get your order confirmation soon.
