How to enable developer bridge on iPad mobile app?

I have a charge 5 and aware you cannot create app or watch faces, but I don’t even get the option to enable the developer bridge on the ipad app. I have tried logging out of everything and logging back in but no option comes up. Any Ideas.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forum.  I am not a developer, just a user.  But your question caught my eye, so I did a little searching.  I found this thread that might help you.  Apologies if I am completely wrong about this.
