How to install Spo2 and Temperature readings in Charge 5 global version?!

I recently bought a Fitbit charger 5 thinking it would have all functions a announced. To my surprise the global version different have spo2 and temperature readings… anybody knows how?!

If you just got it, you might have to wait a few days for a firmware update to get all the latest features.  It will be obvious in phone app when available and how to install it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
