I HATE THE NEW APP

Since you “updated” the Fitbit app, I have had one problem after another. The battery level is gone, it stops recording my exercise or heart rate randomly, it’s hard to sync, it resets my settings, I can’t find ways to adjust aspects of the app like I used to, etc, etc, etc. Please go back to the old app or fix the problems that have occurred with the update. From reading the forum, I am not the only one having issues and everyone seems to dislike the update. How about listening to those of us who have spent money on the product and are the regular users. I got my first Fitbit when they first came out and this is at least my 5th Fitbit. At this rate, I will be shopping for an Apple Watch instead of a Fitbit.

There also needs to be more freedom to adjust order of items on the Home Screen instead of having a block of items to move at a time..
