I cannot get the latest update.

Is there anyone else who can’t get the update on their iPhone.  Is there any way to force the update?

I just got off the phone with Fitbit support. Only 30% of Fitbit users have gotten the firmware update. They release it in phases. I was told to “be patient”. In the meantime, my device has 0% battery after 2 hours and therefore I am unable to use it. This has been going on for a month. I requested a new device but was told to wait for the update. I requested another phone number to speak to someone higher up with no luck. My husband got his device at the same time I did. He had had no issues at but has already received the update. I am not happy with Fitbit at this point.

Theres nothing you can do. You will have to wait. 

however, if your charge 5 is working fine under version 149, it might not be a bad news so you can see from this forum many users experienced more problems after the update. 

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.
