I got the red x in a circle symbol on my Charge 5 and fixed it.

I think I fixed it and although it could have been just luck, here is what I did.

I saw it and immediately went to put it on the charger. I did the forced reset by clicking the button on the charger 3 times (1 second press/one second brake) and it actually went away. Has anyone else been able to fix theirs?
