I lost my Fitbit Charge 5

I lost my Fitbit and hope that there is a way to track the location of my Fitbit or block the Fitbit. The Fitbit is not located in my house since I cannot connect via Bluetooth on my phone. I am afraid I lost it on the streets. I read something about the apps LightBlue and Tile but these apps can not help finding the Charge 5. Any tips?

Hi @Juliëtte you read this article on what to do when it's lost? click to read. There is no way to block the Fitbit. Anyone who would find your device could get no personal information from it. Does it still show as connected on your app?

thank you for your response! I read the article but unfortunately that would not help. It does not show as connected in my Fitbit app..

@Juliëtte  you can always ask customer support if the device is still connected to your account, but they won't be able to tell you if someone else is using it. Try chat or phone. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US    Sorry this happened to you.
