Had an Inspire for years and never had an issue. Hubby upgraded me to the Charge 5 for Christmas - and paid for Premium - and I'm becoming deeply disappointed.
It rarely tracks all my health metrics, gets my sleep wrong (unless my getting out of bed & dressing is done in my sleep!), has a crappy GPS, doesn't remind me to move on days when I'm at my desk all day - and now won't sync - and I can't force it to.
I'm about a day from contacting Fitbit to return it!!
I've installed app and reinstalled. Turned off Bluetooth & started that again.
Any suggestions?
