IT'S ALIVE!! back from the stuck with logo

after days and days of the same crap everyone got for never ending stuck in logo , i kept uncharged till it was completely out, than i reconnected it back , pressed the button 3 times and verified i got the 1% charge battery icon, after a few days it went back online 

my firmware btw is 57.200001.188.58, i don't have an update button .

is this the most up to date firmware i have  for fitbit 5?

No, it's not, @elhafit. The latest firmware version for Charge 5 currently being rolled out is 194.61:

Because firmware updates are rolled out in waves, no one can predict that, @elhafit.
As quite a few millions Charge 5 have been sold over it's production life span, it can take a while. You'll get notified by your Fitbit app as soon as your device is about to being updated.

while i under the concept of incremental updates, this firmware has been released 3 months ago and yet i and many others have not received it. 

that's not a wave, that's a ripple, it's makes no sense software wise either because going by this rate you'd have large portion of multiple firmware versions running around, by this rate , if you released another firmware, it would start all over again.

not to mention that i'm still very worried my fitbit would suddenly crash again for no reason.

and oh look, it's back to being dead again, i used it, everything was fine, placed it in the charger and suddenly i noticed it's back with a stuck logo,

I knew it was too good to be true :'(

I was hoping that meant mine could come back from the dead
