Touchscreen isn't working

My Charge 5's touch screen completely stopped working out of nowhere. I tried restarting it with the cable several times and I can't restart it via the fitbit's settings app because I literally can't swipe at all! Is there anything else I can do?

Hi, @Alyx06 , it may help to change the clock face.  You need to do this in the app.  From the opening, Today, screen please tap on the icon top left (smart phone and watch icon).  On the next screen tap on your device (Charge 5).  On the Charge 5 screen tap on Gallery and then Clocks.  Choose a different clock face and then be sure to sync your Fitbit.

If that solves the issue you can return to the previously chosen clock face if you prefer.

Mine too, device is completely bricked. If you've had it less than a year you can talk to customer support about it

This happened to me a few days ago. It looked like it was powered off because Bluetooth wouldn’t see it. I plugged it into the cable and tried the 3 button restart several times. I plugged my daughters Charge 5 in to make sure the cable was good. Also tried her cable with my watch. I was about to call support, but tried it again. I presses for 1 second, paused for 1 second , 3 times and it started up. I had to move slowly. Good luck.
