I have had the logo stuck on the Charge 5 all day. I have used the directions to connect to the charger and push the button 3 times and it looks like it will reset, but the logo pops back up. I have tried this numerous time during the day and still this is what I get. I have kept the Charge 5 on the charger the whole time also. I can't tell if it's charging or not since the logo is all that will come up. When I removed it from the charger, the logo is still there. Any suggestions anything else I can try?

I'd suggest trying the following:
If you can't get started with your Charge 5, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I have tried this several times also and the logo still remains on the FitBit.

After a couple of days I have gotten the screen to return and can resync it with my phone. It will work fine for a while but it seems that the slightest amount of sweat shuts it down and gives me the logo screen. This has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks and every time it comes back I assume that it’s fixed.

I reinstalled my Charge 5 and no lights come on but logo still there. Mine is less than a year old
