My Charge 5 seems to think I'm running when I'm only walking. My old charge 2 never got what type of exercise I was doing wrong.

Most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, your device recognizes activities at least 15 minutes long. Make sure to check on your settings the time required to have your running activity recognized.
If the issue persists, please try completing a three pulse restart using the charging cable.
