Imported previous Fitbit data

Back in September 2023 I exported all my Fitbit data through Google Takeout. After experiencing an injury where I possible could not work out again, I recovered from the injury. Now I am starting to use the Fitbit Charge 5 again. I remember I exported all Fitbit data through Google Takeout, and Fitbit Data Export option when it was available. Is there a way that I can import this data back in to my account?  There is about 4 to 5 years worth of data I have saved/exported.

Not familiar with the export, but even though you exported it, isn't your account still there with all the data?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I forgot to mention that I removed it all after thinking that I may not be able to workout again. So, my data is no longer in my account.  Probably a bad idea deleting the data.
