Hi, @Levsen, On your Charge 5 from the clock screen>swipe down to & touch "Settings">swipe up to and touch GPS, you can touch repeatedly to toggle between phone, dynamic, and built-in. "Phone" uses your cellphone GPS, "Dynamic" looks for your phone, and if not found defaults to built-in, "Built-in" does what it says. Once set swipe right x 3 to return to the clock screen.
Cheers

Hi, @Levsen, welcome to the community, can you provide more information? In particular what GPS settings are you using? How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center provides advice & guidance. Note that the most reliable way to utilise GPS on your Charge 5 is to piggyback your phone's GPS, not only does this reduce your Charge 5 battery drain it also uses the phone's larger GPS antenna.
