Inaccurate Heart rate while sleeping

I’ve had my Charge 5 for about a week now, without any problems until last night. It showed my heart rate was really high the entire time I was sleeping. I slept decent, didn’t have any nightmares. I’ve never had a reading like this before, even with my inspire hr that I had 2 years before getting this One. Any clue why it did this?

I was trying to add a screenshot, but couldn’t. My heart rate shows that it stayed between 120-160 the whole night

My charge 5 consistently reports High values 10 to 20 bpms higher than other devices I own and higher than I generally get at the doctor's office. This is my second device as I've had the first one replaced which was even higher.
