Incompetent customer service

How does someone in Canada get a hold of a competent customer service manager or higher up to discuss an issue with customer service's incompetent inconsistencies, and failing a longtime Fitbit user 4x in 5 days? I've basically been brushed off for constructively pointing these out in an email to customer service because I've been mislead into believing something Fitbit promised me which was indeed a lie, with no acknowledgement of the misleading phone service I was given.  So, how does a user speak to someone with status at Fitbit that truly understands customer service?
