Inconsistent Data

Hi All,

I have a charge 5 and it seems inconsistent with data.

 

Yesterday I did a 30 min lunchtime circuit class (high intensity) I burnt 202 calories, had 6 min cardio and 4 min fat burn zones and 20 mins below zones (which I can't understand at all as I didn't rest once)

 

Then last night I did a 24 minute walk  and burnt 193 calories, only 9 less than my workout, the zones for the walk seem ok.

For some reason I only burnt 2645 calories yesterday, despite the near 400 from my activities, so it doesn't seem like the fit bit is set up for the 2500 a man burns a day

 

Is there something I need to set up to get the data more consistent?
