Incorrect times shown for sleep

The sleep stats are all wrong. Last night I went to bed at 00:35 and the app says 22:19 . I got up at 8 to got the bathroom but it says 8:37.

it is worse than useless. Why have you downgraded the functionality ??

I hate the way the sleep parameters are provided - another downward change? Why are you doing these unhelpful inappropriate changes ? The previous stats were easy to see, read and understand. Cannot stand the new look. Why is the app recording incorrect times ???this has happened a lot since you changed the sleep section. You will be losing me and no doubt many others as a customer

Having same problems here! My old Charge 2 was better than this!!!

Kara, I went online with LiveChat yesterday… because besides all these issues , the frame on the back of my Charge 5 kept coming off!! 
they are sending me a new one( for what it’s worth) will still have same issues… grrrr

Their services are rapidly going downhill - need to ditch them and move onto different companies. I hate what they did with the sleep stats - made a real pig’s ear of it for no apparent reason😡

Really give downhill and am fed up with their low standards. We need to
move on to other companies .
