I had chat with fitbit support team, they had mentioned that Mobile Track option is causing that issue, so delinked Mobile Track from my fitbit
Best AnswerThis happens on mine too! I'm actually going to try and return, this one is already a replacement for my first charge 5 that broke after 3 months. Customer support showed me that if you go in log activity and input "driving" during those obviously wrong times then at least that removes those steps but then you also lose all the small stuff you may have actually done during that time. At first the amounts were so obvious (20k+), but now I've realized it does it with smaller amounts, for example the other while I was driving 3 hours it's just added chu ks of 500-1000 steps which makes me realize I can't trust any of the data. I'm asking for a refund the charge 5 is a dud imo.
