Even though I have internet access, when I try to change the clock theme (or watch face), it says 'oops, there is no internet connection.' I have already tried all the suggested fixes from different sources. If anyone has a solution, please help me out

Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble changing the watch faces on your Charge 5.
Sometimes these issues are caused by using Private DNS.
Could you try this process?
For Android: Tap Settings > Network & Internet > Private DNS.
For iOS: See the steps here: Turn a private address off for a network.
