Hello
I'm thinking of buying a Charge 5 but I'm concerned about some of the negative reviews and the fact that some are saying many of the features only work with premium.
I already have a Versa 3 but looking for something smaller with similar features - not bothered about the music.
Should I buy or go for something else?

Honestly no, I don't notice any difference with lower priced bands that have fewer limitations.

NO, very upset with Fit Bit Charge 5 this is my second one and both stopped working in under a year. I like the stats on my phone but the same problem of the screen going black.

I agree this is a very poor design and apparently has a high fail rate, I have been much happier with the earlier model.

@ellen07886 I want to point out that Premium is Premium and isn't device dependent. I wear a Versa 3. Although my signature says Charge 5, I gave mine away. I prefer the smartwatch features in the Versa 3.

No. It doesnt worth the money paying for it. The software and hardwares are so unstable that you feel like fitbit is a startup company
