My charge 5 has been very hard to enjoy so far :
- the sleep tracking rarely works. I tried both sleep detection modes, i tried with a tight, loose, normal bracelet, up and down the wrist, outside and inside
- When it works, it's not showed directly on the watch in the morning. I have to sync with the phone every morning to get any information on the app or on the watch
- Sync is very, very, very long and works 10% of the time. 9 out of 10 times it just takes forever to tell me that there was an error and that the app couldnt sync with the watch, even though it's 10 cm away.
- since the watch never "sees" that i'm sleeping, the "smart" alarm never rings. The watch must think that i'm a human that can stay awake for weeks without any sleep.
Is there something I can do beside asking for a refund or is it the quality level expected from this product?
