Is there a way to track High Heart rate alerts that I get on my device, in either the app or websit?

I'm trying to find either on the website or on the app where I can track when I've gotten these high heart rate alerts.  I'm using the default settings for the high and low heart rate settings.  I'm trying to track when these are occurring so I can get a better idea of what is happening at the time and take this info into my medical professional.

Hello @BJMazz

I don’t know if there’s a special way of doing it but if you want to see the pattern of your heart rate for a 24 hour period you can see it in the App on your phone.

From the Today screen tap Heart Rate, then tap on a day to display that day’s heart rate in more detail.  You can also tap on the 2 arrows at the top right to expand the data.  On an iPhone, if you turn the phone to display landscape you can get more detail for the hours.

I’m attaching a screenshot of mine.  The high heart rates came during a studio lesson at the gym.

I hope that helps a bit.

This is what I can get as a free member.  I’m not sure if you can get more detail with Premium though.

Hello @BJMazz ,

My suggestion is to link your Fitbit with Cardiogram  that is a service/app that works very nicely with Fitbit and it is specialized to granular analysis of heart rates.

The service is free with premium optional.

Actually there is. I've been getting a few of them after my medication. As Wibby mentioned, access your main heart rate page.  If you have gotten a warning about your heart rate there will be an angry red-orange warning telling you how many you've had, and if you tap on it it will show the details- date, time, and what your heart rate was.
