Is there no way to look at any data while in exercise mode?

If I set an activity, like run or bike, is there no way to access any of the info on the Charge 5 besides pace and time? I can't believe I can't look at my heart rate while running. This is literally the only reason I bought a fitness tracker. Am I missing something? I tried scrolling in every direction, tapping, double tapping.... The only thing that works is stopping the activity, looking at heart rate and then starting it again, which seems to defeat the purpose of even starting the activity in the first place. Any ideas?

@Chuck510 when I'm in an activity, I can cycle through multiple types of data by repeatedly tapping the screen. I can then leave it showing the one I'm most interested in - heart rate, km travelled etc. In Walk, it goes through pace, pace average, heart rate, calories, steps, the actual time, km travelled, time elapsed during the exercise, and zone minutes.

Yup. You're absolutely correct. I guess I just didn't try single tapping. Thanks a million.
